haven’t felt like myself lately. sometimes my mind gets so thought-clogged, my vision blurs. walking helps, i walk a few miles and i feel better.. but at the end of the day, i’m still drowning in my thoughts, alone in bed. i don’t know how to fix it. what would you do?
